This article analyzes Noam Chomsky's proposal for achieving an egalitarian society, based on the power of collective action and a specific interpretation of human nature. Starting from a critique of dominant socio-economic models, it examines the limitations of liberal, authoritarian, and socialist-Leninist stances in realizing human potential. In contrast, it develops the Chomskian model of anarcho-syndicalism or libertarian communism, which proposes the abolition of the state, private property, and coercive structures, replacing them with a social organization based on direct democracy, workers' self-management, and mutual aid. The article argues that this system, far from being a mere utopia, aligns with a human nature oriented towards freedom, creativity, and solidarity, and explores its historical viability through examples such as the Spanish Revolution of 1936. The conclusion emphasizes the urgency of implementing these principles through collective action and libertarian education as an antidote to capitalist alienation and the civilizational crisis.
